Sugarterrain:
The studios are located at a perfect location, right outside of the city center of Groningen and perfectly accessible by bike or by car. The studio apartments are located at Suikerlaan 1, at the Suikerunie terrein. This cultural hotspot is known by everyone. In the summer there are many festivals, but the location is also the home for many artistic people and artists. For you there is even a chance to get free tickets for the festivals. The Suikerunie terrein is a calm location, but with a lot going on.

The studio:
The studios themselves are around 27 m2 (289 ft2) and fully equipped. Via the front door, you enter your own fully kitchen/dining room, 11m2. In the middle of the studio, a bathroom is located. Inside you will find a toilet, sink and shower. In the back of the space there is a spacious living/sleeping area (11m2) with access to your very own balcony or terrace, where you can enjoy the Groninger sun. There is also a common room where you can meet other students or have a drink.

Pricing:
For the luxury studio you pay € 675.00 per month including advance electricity / water / internet. The deposit is € 750. For this money you get your own luxury studio, bathroom and furniture (bed, table, chairs, wardrobe, fridge and built-in cooker).

For the basic studio you pay € 600.00 per month including advance electricity / water / internet. The deposit is € 750. For this money you get your own studio, private bathroom and furniture (bed, table, chairs, wardrobe, fridge and hob).
