Via de gezamenlijke voordeur bereik je de eerste verdieping, waar zich de voordeur van de studio bevindt. De studio is gelegen aan de voorzijde van het pand, heeft een oppervlakte van circa 26 m² en beschikt over een eigen keuken en een luxe afgewerkte badkamer.
De keuken is voorzien van een combimagnetron, vaatwasser, gaskookplaat, koelkast en voldoende opbergruimte. De badkamer beschikt over een inloopdouche, wastafel, spiegel met verlichting en een zwevend toilet.

Bereikbaarheid
De studio is zeer centraal gelegen. Zo bevindt het Westerhavengebied zich op fietsafstand. In dit winkelgebied vind je diverse voorzieningen, zoals supermarkten, winkels, cafés en restaurants.
Het bruisende stadscentrum is binnen slechts 5 minuten fietsen te bereiken. Het Centraal Station ligt op circa 7 minuten fietsen en de Zernike Campus op circa 10 minuten fietsen. Met de auto ben je binnen 5 minuten op de westelijke ringweg, vanwaar je eenvoudig alle kanten op kunt. Voor parkeren is een parkeervergunning nodig, die kan worden aangevraagd bij de gemeente Groningen.
